Teddy has three great loves. He loves food - eating it, sharing it, and "talking" about it when mealtime approaches. He loves walks - in preparation for time on the leash, he does a happy dance by the front door to make sure you're as excited as he is. And he loves to snuggle with people, with other dogs and even with cats.
He easily wins the attention and affection of everyone he meets. He's great on the leash, tells you when it's bathroom time and loves riding in the car with his head hanging out the window. His main goal is to find a loving, safe and comfortable home with someone who's as enthusiastic about life as he is.
Teddy has inflammatory stomatitis glossitis, which means his mouth and tongue are inflamed with abnormal white blood cells. He is on prednisone which helps keep this condition under control. He may need to be on a low dose of prednisone for life, as his condition is most likely chronic.
Teddy came to us from the Hollister Animal Shelter.
